All I can say is THANK GOD for Timpi - They were fast to respond and set me up with an incredible P.A. Sam, who not only managed to keep up with my frequently changing tasks but also found ways to improve on my current administrative systems. I have worked with two different PAs at Timpi and have been really impressed with both of them. They are flexible, responsive and adept at prioritising and managing a changing workload. I have been particularly impressed by the support Timpi is able to provide in connection with the organisation of business development opportunities and events but I have also found them to be incredibly resourceful and able to manage a range of tasks.

How does pricing work?

We believe in keeping things simple, so all pricing plans are billed upfront at the start of each month via direct debit. Any additional hours used will be added to the next invoice.

How does a virtual assistant service work?

We believe business relationships are really important, so with all our plans you will have a dedicated virtual assistant for all on-going support. This is someone that will know you, know the business and know how you like to do things.

Do you provide holiday cover?

Yes, should you require it. We will always inform you in advance of any planned holiday so we can ensure a smooth handover.

How do I communicate with my virtual assistant?

Simply, whatever works for you to make your life easier. Whether that be email, WhatsApp, voice notes or an old-fashioned phone call.
