Helping the environment
Firstly, as the climate crisis threatens our children’s futures, we want to have a positive impact on the environment, so for every customer that signs up to all of our home services, we’ll fund the planting of new trees to absorb carbon dioxide. We’re hoping that we can help plant 100,000 new trees on Bryn Arw in the Brecon Beacons over the next year. That’s an area the size of 100 Wembley pitches, absorbing 20,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide.*
Turning back the tide on plastic pollution
We are supporting the charity Plastic Oceans UK. The charity aims to increase awareness of the dangers of plastic in our rivers, seas and oceans. Money raised by UW Partners will be matched by The UW Foundation. The funds will be used by Plastic Oceans UK to support its community-based education programmes, enabling underrepresented young people to participate and have a voice on the issue.

I’m giving utility warehouse 5 stars because they are a reliable trustworthy company. They help where and when they can not to say they are cheaper than anyone else, the Cashback card is a saving grace, and I’ve even been credited back money on my bill for buying things I would’ve bought any ways! However, it’s difficult due to the standard prices but I wish the handset only contracts were a better deal but that can’t be helped much. Thank you Utility Warehouse
- Is it easy to switch my Home Phone and Broadband?
Yes! Switching to us couldn't be simpler. We'll handle the entire process for you and it only takes about 14 days. You'll keep your existing telephone number too.
- Do I have to tell my current Home Phone and Broadband provider I'm leaving?
No, leave this with us and we'll let them know you're switching.
If you're currently a Virgin customer, you will need to call them after your line is working with us and ask them to cancel the service.
- Will there be an interruption when my Phone and Broadband switches?
On the day your service switches to us there may be a slight interruption to your Phone and Broadband service.
This normally will only last a few hours, we'll always be as quick as we can to get you up and running.

- What's the cooling off period?
There's a 14-day cooling off period, which will begin on the date you enter into the agreement with us, during which time you are able to cancel if you change your mind. You'll be responsible for all charges up until the date you cancel. To cancel you'll need to contact us.
- How do I order a replacement bulb?
All LED bulbs fitted by us come with a lifetime guarantee so, if you need a replacement, all you need to do is contact us and we'll arrange for one to be sent out to you in the post.
