Spoken to a lovely worker for utilita who was really helpful and wanted to make sure I was happy with the service I received and couldn't apologise enough on behalf of a another person I spoken to earlier on in the day who wasn't very useful.
I had an issue where someone said they were going to automatically switch my supply over to a different supplier.
I was not happy with this so I contacted utilita to stop this utilita have now put a block on my account so that anyone trying to switch my supply will be declined. Thanks utilita once again you have been very helpful.
