I have been with ESET UK now for several years following recommendation by a family member. There has been frictionless service over those years with no problems to speak of and so there can be no reason to change this. There is little more to be said.

I have used ESET for years and never have any issues. I've tried just about every AV there is. NOD32 for slower machines and the Full Internet Security for desktops and more powerful laptops
Every now and then I trial other AVS on a few machines and always go back to ESET and recommend it Consistently blocks adware on websites and malicious links within compromised ads on pages.
Scans are fairly quick on an SSD, comparable to other AV solutions. ESET stand out as a great AV vendor with constantly good and improving/adapting AV and software firewall.
It sits in the bottom right corner, does its job and keeps out of the way. Just how an AV should be

We as a family now have cover for all four computers. Good value and we feel safe to use our laptops in all sensible situations. We know of other families who somehow get virus problems but not us !
