HOW IT WORKS

Contact The WFH Zone by email or phone to express your interest and receive a service pack that highlights the package options available

Select the package you require and a company profile template will be provided (and a copy of our T&Cs) for you to complete and return which we will then validate and use to create your company page

You will then receive log in account details and payment will be taken at which point your company page will be published

You can log in and adjust certain aspects of your company page as required

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A WFH ZONE PROFILE?

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF PROFILES?

To ensure that customers can locate their perfect supplier, every Garden and Home Office supplier are shown within our A-Z listings. To demonstrate our impartiality, this list includes all suppliers available, irrespective of whether they have paid for a profile or not. We then have 3 levels available, Sub-Profile, Profile and Premium Profile. To review what the benefits are and cost of each level, click on the Supplier Profile tab.

CAN I SIGN UP FOR A SHORTER PERIOD THAN 12 MONTHS?

Sorry, no. All our agreements are for a minimum of 12 months. This enable us to utilise the receipts to fund the increased visibility and service offerings of the site and thereby maximise the benefits to the sites users and therefore you as a supplier.

CAN I UPDATE MY PROFILE & HOW DO I DO IT?

We want to keep your profile as up to date as possible so customers can find the perfect supplier and to also help the you receive only genuine enquiries. You can update your profile yourself by simply logging in to your account and editing your information. This can include changing images, availability time, contact details, testimonials etc. Alternatively, if it is easier for you, just drop us an email with the changes and one of our team will be happy to update the information for you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT DEAL WITH ANY MORE ENQUIRIES BUT STILL WANT TO HAVE MY PROFILE ON THE SITE?

With demand for Garden and Home Offices being higher than ever before, some suppliers are currently running at full capacity. However, if the current boom starts to fade or the number of new suppliers entering the market continues to grow, how do you ensure your company can retain a professional presence on the site but at the same time, manage the delivery expectations of potential customers? By adjusting your ‘Availability’ within your profile page.

 

So for example, if you have more than enough work in the pipeline for the next 6 months, by adjusting your profile accordingly, if a customers where to search for a supplier who could design, build and deliver a unit within the two months, then you wouldn’t come up in the search. If however, you are looking to expand your business and need as many enquiries as possible to.
